DJW

YAY! My com is like finally repaired.

So anyway, for the past week, my school has this Discover Jesus Week (DJW). And I really like such stuff. It really gives you a chance to reflect on your life and all. That's what I feel la. And so ok I must admit that the band was fanciful. But TOO fanciful. And they chose songs that no one knew so like after a while it became a rock concert. (*hinting to you LIM ZITENG!) And then this youth pastor, super young guy, came and speak to us. He was telling us about the benefits of the cross and the things he does to get your attention is really good. If I ever do something that requires public speaking, I hope I can be half as fun as him. haha. So DJW was for 3 days la. And on the third day, the pastor ended the whole thing by describing in detail the pain, torture that Jesus went through. Just picturing the whole process in my mind just hit me on how I always took Jesus' death for granted. And praise the Lord, many people rededicated their lifes and some for the first time accepted Christ.

Today is Good Friday and I guess we all should be grateful for what God has done for us. That Jesus has paid the price for our sins. "For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only beloved Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16.

Can you imagine. All we have to do is to believe in Him and all our sins are forgiven, we are granted freedom and on top of that we are given eternal life. How great is that. I don't know about you people out there, but there's really no greater love than this.
